I figure that sat priority should be str, spell crit and int

Sanctity Aura is much much better than holy shock. And you can either stack int or stack strength, so one of the two %10 increase talents won't be utilized well. Also, I don't see Eye for an Eye helping much, even if you pvp extensively.
