The <Hand of Wrath> is a new military unit led by Executor Rotheart. It is the iron hand of the Horde, crushing its enemies! The Hand serves the Warchief and the leaders of the races of the Horde. Founded out of the Forsaken Vanguard by the order of the Dark Lady as a way to forge brotherhood between all races of the Horde in the fires of war!

What we do: The <Hand of Wrath> protects the people of the Horde by destroying the enemies of the Horde wherever they are found from Kalimdor to the Eastern Kingdoms.

Who we want: The <Hand of Wrath> recruits all those that are part of the Horde whether they be Undead, Orc, Tauren, Troll or Goblin. Proud soldiers, scouts, workers, healers and any others who may be of service to the Horde

Where we're based: The Hand of Wrath's headquarters is located within Splintertree Post's former mine.

Out of Character Information:
We are a military RP guild based in TWoW that recruits from all races of the Horde based. We have RP events on both Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms , both one off events and longer storylines. We have both casual and serious events, of course. We work with other RP guilds as well allying with other Horde guilds and battling those of the Alliance.
How to Join:
Joining is simple, contact Rotheart in game or on Discord @Vagrul5479 and I will get you in the guild. To get placed within the guilds ranks, you simply have to swear the Oath before an officer of appropriate rank. This can happen at events but its preferably going to be before them for time saving.

Seriously though, I am sincerely happy to see people come and actually play as Horde. Good thing the next patch will bring a new settlement in Durotar.

As an aside I've been glad to hear about the new towns in Tirisfal and Durotar. I've held events in almost every Horde settlement over the years before coming here so something new that's still in the homeland is very much appreciated.

Just going to edit/paste what I also sent to the Scarlet Crusade. Horde seem to be the underdogs on this server, and I find this guild interesting:

Hey there, very interested in something like this. I used to really into reenacting, but with my disabilities worsening I've had to take on a less active role. They didn't let me off easy, as I'm still an NCO, but my field command days are over.

I've been looking for a way to fill the void, and after burning out on "milsim" because of.... Reasons. I've gotten dragged into roleplay by a few friends. First time playing 5e and my character is a mess, but I'm trying, I swear!

I was thinking something like this might fit the two together, and get me a social outlet, as well as some of that "reenactment" feel that I've been missing.

The part I seem to struggle with is differentiating my character from myself. Not to say it's a self insert, but I tend to treat them more of a game piece and struggle a bit. My Dwarf has turned into a grumpy piece of sh*t and that was not the direction I saw coming, considering I had none to begin with, which is probably making every experienced RPer in here shout "oh no."

The character I plan on making will be "slow and steady" with War Mode on if that changes anything. Really trying to do my research to find a low skill floor class. I'm not concerned about it being too "easy" as some would complain. Hell, if my class played itself I'd be happy, as I could focus on other things! (In the game, of course) Currently leaning towards playing a Forsaken.

While I can't claim similarities to reenactments I do try to aim for combat events being more serious in order to fit with our military theme.

P.S. People having issues differentiating themselves from their characters is a common issue but something that can be worked through experience.
