We have an update to share with everyone about our queue prioritization system, which will be in effect upon the next restart.

Our new queue system provides priority for our English community on our Turtle EU realm. As we have multiple new, lively realms launched in the SEA region, we have developed this system with the concept in mind that our Turtle EU realm is primarily for our English community, and our Turtle Asia network is primarily for our CN community.

We will continue to tweak this system as needed in the future, however, we expect that it will solve many issues veteran players have been facing.

The solution to the problem is to open up a role transfer plan. Instead of immediately blocking access for non English speaking players, there are not only Chinese, but also Japanese, Korean, and other languages available here. I believe that most Asian players on European servers hope to transfer roles. Please do not act recklessly until the preparation work is done properly.

Please consider to cancel this strict and even unfair rule after no so many queues or a certain time. Especially we found we still need to queue even there is enough rooms in the realm last night restart(only 6k online).
We indeed understand the original English players’ frustrations and disappointments of the flooding CN players, besides the pure players(like us),there are many making-money studios and gold farmers, canceling hanzi support will make them go, the noob areas are much quiet now. We pure players only want to play games, mostly 1~2 hours per day, why do not go back to CN realms? Because we suffered a lot in the past time, future maybe but at this stage we don’t.

It's already made a big change to the queue for me but time will tell how affective this change will be in the future.

If the Chinese players don't move over to the new server and enforcements on banning VPNs doesn't happen then it's likely this change won't be as effective in the future.

Its got nothing to do with Fault of anyone, its do with ensuring a service is performing and meeting the requirements of the customer, TWOW was launched as an English speaking realm, its one of the corner stone rules of that server. but because there is a large community who have....landed on the realm they want to accommodate that community by giving them a physical realm nearer their Geo location, with their own native language etc. Stop being one of those people.

Or use the English client and play on eu
Its already, figured out, if you use the English client you can skip the queue too like everyone else.

Just drop using mandarin on an English Server. Not in ui, not in spell Text, not in addons, not in whisper, not in guild chat, and not in tickets and support requests either.

If that's a problems, then rejoice, there is 3 soon to be 4 fully Chinese servers as an alternative and the transfers are less than a week away of devs stick to their plan

For the rest of the world there is one singular English speaking realm and we must keep it English at all costs.

Why do we need to restrict Chinese and not Russian or gemran you ask? Because of the huge number of Chinese players. If we don't restrict Chinese than we continue to be a 50%+ mandarin eu server. For other languages the problems just doesn't arise. It's not racism to restrict Chinese, it's an unfortunate neccesity and other languages should be treated the same if they threaten to replace the English language aswell.
