So mister Red Jack Flint asks you to speak with Fiora Longears who as he says should be at Auberdine however quest summary directs you to Dustwallow Marsh zone. Sure, she's at Theramore inn alright.

So there's two ways to solve this issue either replace Fiora Longears to Auberdine and edit the quests accordingly or simply edit the quests accordingly.

She is in correct location now: before patch 2.3 she should be in Dustwallow, then she was moved to Auberdine's pier. So quest text has to be updated to reflect her 'vanilla' location.
