Portable Meeting Stone Suggestion

I'm fairly new to this server. I personally believe the Portable Meeting Stone is a very neat idea.

That being said, and I apologize if this has been brought up before; I think it would be cool to have the item port you (everyone) to a different capital city at different times of the year.

Primarily because I believe this could potentially (but maybe not?) bring new life to cities in the game that aren't Orgrimmar or Stormwind.

The teleportation coordinates could be set for specific, role-play friendly area as they are for Stormwind (I've not personally used the Horde Portable Meeting Stone as of this post).

Just an idea. Just to sort of mix it up a little.
