Any chance there could be some boar mobs added for level 28-38? Only ones available are in dungeon and trying to do solo, no dungeons boar only turtle hardcore Maybe in an empty spot in Arathi Highlands or similar zone
Last boar mob before Razerfen ones is Bellygrub at level 24(would need to kill it over and again to hit 30~) and next one is Ashmane Boars at 48(would have to kill them at least 5 levels under level).
So realistically, probably need boar mobs between level 26-34 in one zone and then boar mobs ranged 37-44 in another - something like that

Ideas for different ranges
Thousand Needles - Close to the racetrack
Camp in the middle of desert/dry area needs food - boar meat?
Level 30-33 boars, appropriate level for the area and makes sense lore wise - likely make these similar to the ones in Westfall for the climate
Arathi HIghlands - in the empty plains after the bridge - boars were pushed out of the middle of Arathi due to the Raptor populations and forced to live near the bridge where they could live off scraps left by travellers
Level 35-37 boars - similar to boars in Elywnn for climate
Tanaris or The Hinterlands - close to the established settlements, for lore reasons they need boar meat and introduced the species for hunting purposes
Can make these level 38-42 boars - darker boars in Tanaris, lighter ones in Hinterlands
