Crossfactional Roleplay addon.

As I understand it, there is already a crossfactional channel that's accessible by Diplomats.
I suggest making the channel "xtensionxtooltip2" crossfactional also, so that diplomats could read character descriptions of diplomats in the opposite faction. Unless that would not work for some reason. If it does work, then that would be amazing.

If you're magical enough, maybe just make it so that channel always speaks "universal." Seems like it could be fun.
