yup this is the way, if this is possible. Really if you have another lv 5, then the whole acount should be opened up. Bans are on account or maybe also IP, theres no way they are done on just characters.

But yeah nah newcomers and even still alive need to be protected from the spam attacks. OP I have no clue why ya think otherwise.

Party chat sure, but why are you grouping up for lv 1-4 content lmao. seems sus, and I can see a spambot inviting randos to a party to spam to them in party chat. It's just easier to keep lv 5's restriction on all comms

If it's your first character, it should be from level 5.
If you have another character on your account that is level 30, it should be from level 1.

That's cool, if two of you see the lv 5 quest mob, that all 8 zones end with, you group up. doesnt really need speech. Also most people are level 5 by the time they are on that last quest.

Though I don't think this change is ever needed. You can get to lvl 5 in about a hour.

Speaking since level 1 might be useful to gather lvl 1 battlegrounds via chat. But that level absolutely not designed for pvp, so I don't think anyone would join it.

i didnt even think about the lv 1 BG memes lmao. My buddy does have a 450 hp lv 1 twink, and i heard some others do too. Sometimes we see the queues pop.

Same with lv 1 hogger memes.

Again the change to restrict by "account has a lv 5" would fix all of this.
