Reputation gains pre lvl 50

What do you guys think about tweaking rep turn in quests such as cloth for rep gains with main factions for the cool gear pre-60. I worked my rear off to get honored with my own faction at lvl 30, that is do able but what about items in the new rep vendors that require revered rep at lvl 35????

I would really like a way to work rep while i slow lvl to 60. I am an odd duck and turtle mode is too fast, and i turn off my xp for 2-3 lvls worth of quests and monster slaying while i work professions.

silk and wool donations you can only do once and then you have to wait till like what 40 to do one mageweave turn? then all teh way to 50 before you can start the repeatable cloth rep quests.

Would removing the lvl cap to do those cloth turn ins be too much??? if someone is going to throw gold at gaining rep does the lvl of the player really matter????
