Adding a comments section to the database would allow for the community to discuss different quests and where things might be a bit better / faster than relying on a 3rd party Addon to an Addon (PFQuest and PFQuest-Turtle).
This would also help people better identify if there is an Alliance or Horde Variant of the quest they are doing. For instance the quest [Rooting Out Evil] seems like a Horde only quest but I have no idea if there is an alliance Variant for me to find.
