Shadow Mend

Hello,

i think shadow mends cast time is too long, it heals for less than a flash heal and has a 3 second cast time which makes it pretty much unuseable. It is more effective to go out of shadow form and use flash healing instead. My suggestion is make it a 2 second cast. The 15 second cd is fine and should stay to keep it balanced for pvp.

Indeed it should be 2 seconds, more than flash, but atleast useful in pvp then

+1 agree, a 3 second cast for whats less than 1.5gcd + 1.5s cast flash heal is just silly
2 seconds would be better yet still interruptible by attentive opponents

In current state its mostly useless spell if FH out of Shadowform is better.

Seeing as it is more optimal to swap out of form to heal and swap back in, I agree with this suggestion and will be bringing it up with the team in the near future.
