Experience Coins.

So I started a guild based around custom quests/helping players who are struggling with quests, and one of my guildies suggested making an experience coin that can be used as a reward for custom quests and calls for help. I think that would open up a huge world for players to create quests for RP or to help those poor beggars in world chat. It would be a great incentive and would help those players who are trying to figure out where to quest or things are getting stagnant, especially turtle mode boys. Thoughts?
