How about instead of increasing attack power why not make it increase spell power. [Holy Damage] and keep the 40% attack speed increase and have it convert its physical [weapon] damage into holy damage. would be good for keeping threat when tanking, its often the seal that get overlooked. cant wait for improved seal of justice. will be specing into that on my HC pally tank.

I would make seal of crusader the cleave seal for paladins.

Replace the talent effect in the retri tree with:
Seal of crusader Hits a second target for 15%/25%/35% weapon dmasge as holy dmasge per hit.
