New leveling challenge mode

Since this is a pve oriented server what if you would do another ironman challenge mode but without killing any mobs , just make mining/herbalism give exp like on retail. I am sure I'm not the only one that would appreciate a change in the leveling progression. Maybe this mode would be available only to druids since they are nature loving people.
