Having just started playing, I've enjoyed the server a great deal. Vanailla+ has been a great experience so far. I've also really enjoyed the cosmetic rewards for donating to the server. Doing so has allowed me to have some cool toys, along with supporting a project I have come to really love.
That said, this is an RP server, and I'm always looks for more RP options. I really enjoy the Illusions you can get from the Donations. It's a lot of fun to play as monsters and normally unavailabe creatures while leveling, or even RPing. I was thinking, that a Satyr illusion would be a fun addition to the already good selection of options for them. I know I'd grab one immediately; it doesn't help that I have an RP idea I wanted to explore with some friends about it.
I'm not sure how easy it would be to implement, but I know this would be another way for the Turtle to wrangle some more gold from my wallet.

I really want a Satyr illusion too. My arguments coincide with OP's arguments for the most part; I also want to have an option to play as a Demon-affiliated or a Demon-adjacent creature.
Right now the only options I have are the Succubus illusion, which sadly entails additional specific flavor that I'd rather not have, and the Chaos Orc skin, which locks my identity to an orc.
As a big fan of night elves, I'd greatly appreciate the ability to play as a twisted demonic version of a night elf, while still keeping my power level comparable with the rest of the playable cast.

i think there are a few illusions that would be very fun to have for RP, whether as 'NPCs' or player characters who aren't one of the normal player races. and satyr seems like an obvious choice to have as one such illusion!

I was surprised that there wasn't already an option for this. If I was going to buy just one illusion, this would be the one.
