I come with this idea if is it possible all classes in the game to wear and use all armors and weapons type without restriction except for the class tier sets and legendary items ?

Well, if this were going to be a thing it should come with a special debuff for classes not usually capable of wearing the armor upgrade. Spell mana increase by 1000%, slowed casting/attack, reduced effect of item stats. Therefore it would in turn only be for RP purposes. I doubt people will like that though, and also it is a lot of effort for an extra feature.

I love this idea BUT only for cosmetic/role-play purposes only. Like, my priest could wear wear plate mail for show but the items worn would not "work" given that priests can only wear cloth proficiently.
I could look cool but the gear would be completely ineffective in battle.
