Defias Hideout Westfall

I always considered it strange that the Defias hideout in Westfall was deserted.

Currently there is a chest available there, certainly to lvl9+, that you can get to and open without any combat and camp if you wish. I suggest a couple of Defias Looters and Pillagers added to stop this and add a little realism. Any mobs would need to be out of range of the Defias Traitor quest finish, but this doesn't seem tricky to accomplish.

it would in effect be the first group battle for any prospective Deadmines group.
