Elite dragon for players that hit 60 HC

I think it would be a great idea if the players that get the rank of Immortal could be shown with an Elite dragon around their portrait.
I don't know if it is possible though, but it would be a very cool thing.

They have the middle row title of Immortal, Just like defender pvp titles. Elite dragon around their portrait is a bit much
