NATIONS OF AZEROTH
Azeroth/Stormwind
National color: Blue.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Yes. Across the entirety of the kingdom of Stormwind and its deployed forces, its military forces are shown to use blue on their armor at every turn.
Possible steps to take: None. Stormwind/Azeroth is faithfully represented by its national color in World of Warcraft.

Lordaeron
National color: White.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Inconsistently. Paramilitary guard forces of the Lordaeron remnants primarily make usage of white colors with blue accents (Southshore Guards, Hillsbrad Sentries), but professional soldiers in Hawk's Vigil and the Tirisfal Uplands instead make heavy usage of Stormwind-colored plate armor (Remnants Knight, Remnants Footman, Vigil Footman).
Possible steps to take: As stated in my previous forum post, I would recommend the usage of Theramore armor to replace Stormwind equipment as the easiest solution, as it requires no custom assets to be created due to the gear already existing in the game.

Kul Tiras
National color: Green.

Stromgarde
National color: Red.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Yes. Almost all forces loyal to Stromgarde, centered in Arathi Highlands, exclusively use red on their armor. The exception is the League of Arathor, which trades in Stromgarde's red for yellow; though supply officer Samuel Hawke still has a heavy emphasis on red on the rest of his armor.

Gilneas
National color: Black.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Yes. All Greymane loyalist forces across the zone of Gilneas use a black color palette for their equipment, and the Gilnean banners in both Greymane and Ravenwood camps show the national emblem in black. However, it should be noted that the Gilneas Brigade/Ravenwood Rebellion uses a brown color palette for their armors instead of Gilneas' usual black coloration; this was likely done so as to differentiate the two factions.

Alterac
National color: Orange.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Yes. Alterac flags have been added on the outskirts of the ruins of Alterac in their orange color, and the Syndicate's primary color is orange, their affiliation to Alterac displayed by the orange masks that they wear.
Possible steps to take: None. Alterac is faithfully represented by its national color in World of Warcraft.
However, in the event that more Alterac content is created, I also drafted up potential outfits for Alteraci characters both specific and generic:

Dalaran
National color: Violet.

CLANS OF THE HORDE
Blackrock
Clan color: Red.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Yes. The color red permeates the Blackrock clan's forces from Blackrock Spire all the way into Redridge Mountains.
Possible steps to take: Extremely minor. The Blackrock clan is faithfully represented by its clan color in World of Warcraft. However, their in-game banner appears to be more orange than red. It still is undeniably the Blackrock flag and still makes important use of red, but if the asset could be changed to match the banner either in-game in Warcraft III or on the orc campaign screen, it would be just the finishing touch needed.
EDIT - 2024-12-13: I seem to have been mistaken in my earlier assessment with the Blackrock renegades of Karfang Hold. Upon closer inspection, the Karfang NPCs primarily use black colors on their armor, which would correspond to the Black Tooth Grin clan; however, they are explicitly stated to be of the Blackrock clan during questing. With that being said, given Rend's takeover of the Blackrock clan and the assumed merging of his Black Tooth Grin with the Blackrock (of which they were an offshoot to begin with), it's not entirely inconceivable that former Black Tooth members could potentially have rallied to Karfang's cause, given that he had been recruiting loyalists from every Blackrock camp across the Burning Steppes per questing. Karfang himself is garbed in white armor, more befitting the colors of the Shattered Hand or the Dragonmaw than his own Blackrock clan.

Stormreaver
Clan color: Blue.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Unknown. Most of the Stormreaver clan was destroyed by the old Horde during Gul'dan's betrayal at the Tomb of Sargeras; their last known holding is the island of Balor, status unknown. Of note: an unused banner exists in the game files that remains faithful to the Stormreavers' coloration.
Possible steps to take: None until Balor is officially released and further information on any surviving Stormreavers is made available.
EDIT - 2024-12-13: It seems that the Stormreaver banner was included in what appears to be a Balor teaser on Twitter!

Twilight's Hammer
Clan color: Violet.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Yes. Even as the Twilight Hammer's cult, the clan/cult continues to use purples as their primary color.
Possible steps to take: None. The Twilight Hammer's clan is faithfully represented by its clan color in World of Warcraft. Of note: a banner for the Twilight's Hammer exists in-game, currently being erroneously used to represent the Frostwolf clan banner in Alterac Valley. As the Frostwolf clan already has its own banner in the game files that currently goes unused, I would recommend switching them out and potentially using the Twilight's Hammer banner in locations where the clan/cult are operating.

Black Tooth Grin
Clan color: Black.
Is it represented as such in WoW: No. All current Black Tooth Grin NPCs in the game appear to share a model with their Blackrock counterparts; however, see below for more information. Of note: an unused banner exists in the game files that remains faithful to the Black Tooth Grin's coloration.
Possible steps to take: Unknown. The only instance of Black Tooth Grin characters in Turtle WoW are the Blacktooth Grunts defending the <Blacktooth Grin> Horde RP-PVP guild base, and thus they are technically non-canon to begin with. In the event where canon Black Tooth Grin followers are added, a black coloration of the Horde grunt armor could be created to give them their clan colors back, though this would require custom assets.

Bleeding Hollow
Clan color: Green/Orange.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Ambiguous. The Bleeding Hollow's coloration is somewhat inconsistent, as they were originally portrayed with the color green in Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness. In the Beyond the Dark Portal expansion, this color was given to the Bonechewers, and the Bleeding Hollow was relegated to orange. However, in-game files show an unused Bleeding Hollow banner that uses green as the clan's color. With this in mind, it is possible that the Grom'gol defenders in Stranglethorn Vale are members of the Bleeding Hollow who were freed from the internment camps by Thrall, given their usage of green armor.
Possible steps to take: Clarify whether Grom'gol Base Camp is manned by the Bleeding Hollow; could possibly make usage of the existing Bleeding Hollow banner in clan locations and in Orgrimmar when or if more Bleeding Hollow NPCs are added.
EDIT - 2024-12-13: As of this edit at the earliest, a Bleeding Hollow banner has been added to Grom'gol!

Dragonmaw
Clan color: White.
Is it represented as such in WoW: No. All Dragonmaw-affiliated NPCs, centered in the Wetlands, are currently garbed in greenish colors. The only one not in full green is the Dragonmaw Battlemaster rare mob, who wears off-white armor.
Possible steps to take: Certain pieces of gear could be replaced with pre-existing items, but the Dragonmaw may require custom white-colored orcish-themed assets to replace their current green equipment.

Burning Blade
Clan color: Orange.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Yes. In Desolace, Durotar and the Barrens, Burning Blade-affiliated NPCs use orange-accented equipment that identifies their clan affiliation. Of note: a banner bearing the Burning Blade's emblem and their colors exists in the game files, unknown if it is used anywhere.

Shadowmoon

Is it represented as such in WoW: Unknown. The Shadowmoon clan has yet to appear in Turtle WoW, as it was last sighted in Draenor prior to the destruction of the Dark Portal.
Possible steps to take: None until Turtle WoW ever decides to touch upon Draenor beyond the Dark Portal.

Warsong
Clan color: Red.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Inconsistently. The Warsong is inconsistently portrayed with various colors throughout Warcraft's game history, originating as red during Beyond the Dark Portal, but being portrayed as purple in Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos. In World of Warcraft proper, they are typically portrayed with a mixture of red armors and even a red banner exists in the files, but their primary tabard is black.
Possible steps to take: If at all possible, recolor the Warsong Outriders tabard to be in Warsong red as it is on their unused banner rather than black. Prioritize red coloration on Warsong-affiliated NPCs such as Kadrak.
EDIT - 2024-12-13: The unused Warsong banner appears to have been already added in-game at an unknown point, possibly before this post was created, along the path leading up to the Mor'shan Rampart that appears to be manned by the Warsong clan; though as with the Black Tooth Grin banners, they appear to have long been there for the purpose of the guild base of the <Warsong Outriders>. The banner is also present inside Kargathia Keep in the Warsong Lumber Camp, though those could have already have been added prior to this post with the Forest Song updates. All-around good additions

Shattered Hand
Clan color: White.
Is it represented as such in WoW: Inconsistently. Members of the Shattered Hand in the Shadowswift Brotherhood seem to opt for light gray/bluish gray outfits, presumably as close to white on orcish outfits as they could get with pre-existing assets. Meanwhile, Ormok is dressed purely in black armor and Jes'rimon uses violet armor.
Possible steps to take: As with the Dragonmaw, custom white-colored orcish assets would likely be required.
EDIT - 2024-12-13: Having given it some thought, perhaps the town of Kargath in the Badlands could be manned by members of the Shattered Hand given the name association and the Kargath Expeditionary Force present in the outpost? There is no banner asset for the Shattered Hand that I know of, so custom assets would likely be required in either case whether for NPCs or for a banner.
