Fist Weapon Viability

So Ive attempted to Use fist weapons in play 2 times now, that being said it was much better suited for my Rogue with the Talent Changes ( Close quarter Combat) and weapon expertise rather than my warrior which I tried first, to be honest I enjoy the class fantasy of fist weapon rogues very much and think that the inclusion of items of The Cthun drop Remnants of an Old god made them very possible to be used well in raiding, the Main reason for this post would be to ask that other fist weapons with the Mainhand Slot lock, be changed into off hand or even just One hand weapons to allow players to full use them reliably in raids as I will have to us a dagger in place of an off hand to have decent dps output. just taking a look at our DB we only have 3 Options for off hand weapons with the highest dps available for all content being 48.0 Azurgoes Fist weapon, WHEN good and already raid prepped items such as Silithid Claw, and Hakkari Flayer are availble with amazing stats unfortunalty Locked to Main hand.

IF POSSIBLE PLEASE CHANGE Silithid Claw, Hakkari Flayer, into Off hand weapons!

the reason fist weapons are either main-handed or off-handed is their model. they would need to be mirrored to fit in the other hand.

hmm is it not possible to mirror it? even if it looks clunky, otherwise useless items would be decent now

same thing could also be said for Maces. i think there is only 2 off-hand *Epic* Maces? like 95% of the Maces are main-hand only. dunno why rogues/warr have talents for something that isn't viable.

I would really like them to change these fist weapons for the left hand in patch 1.17.2. I also want to play using fists, but I checked and there really is a lack of good left-hand fist weapons in the raid tier from MC to Naxx. I think these changes could significantly increase the appeal of playing with fist weapons.

I am a fist weapons fan too but let's start slow like giving the fist weapon skill to the orc's racial first. Or something else minor like that. Then let's see how things change.

Elmhoof - 60 Boomkin
Tacheka - 41 Melee hunter (Planned secondary main)
Anbone - 36 Shadow Priest (Idk what I'm doing with him)

I am aware. Two weapon skills would kinda give the already top tier melee dps race more options. I know it's not a big change, but I'd rather we put it elsewhere so there's more variation. The issue is- though, that I can't really think of a race that doesn't already have a weapon skill that would fit the bill of punching things gooder than other races. Dwarf would make sense. Bar brawls and stuff, maybe? It's passable. But they have a similar issue with orcs in that they already have mace spec and gun spec.

Point is, if we want to add more weapon racials at all (fisting included) then it should be an even-ish spread. Because then we just have more sweats picking the best race for the best class for the best weapons for the best DPS. And we don't want that.

Brother, it's a niche thing for fist weapon enthusiasts and min maxers. Majority wouldn't care and would just think it's cool. Besides, humans have mace and sword wep skill, it would even make sense to buff orcs in the same regard. And to balance things, give the fist wep skill to goblins or whatever or whatever other race of horde that makes sense. Alliance = maces. Horde = fist weapons
