Those ideas are a bit silly, on a more serious note I was thinking of giving the Deathbone Guardian set an upgrade both, kinda like the dungeon sets. The player needs to do a lengthy questchain to cleanse the scourge-stained set of armor and turn it into Purified Guardian set (or some other name, I'm bad with naming). The stat allocation should stay mostly the same but with a bit of spell damage added and some set bonuses shuffled to the items to make room for new ones (like putting the parry on the gauntlets.) Five set bonus should be this spell https://classic.wowhead.com/spell=27776/surging-mana. The set should appear the same model as the dark set but with bright light colors. Like this item https://www.wowhead.com/item=21652/sili ... chestguard but with a more holy bright red/light color scheme instead of this green/yellow thing.

Black Knight items
Similar idea to Fallen Paladin items, except they start at lev 40, are plate, and instead str, sta and penalty to spirit, they have str agi and penalty to spirit, with agi gaining the double bonus.

I'd love to see more polearms and fist weapons. Like, even green "of the monkey" etc.

An ideal option would be to pull the example of the Gemmed Copper Gauntlets which have random mods on them and make (green quality) Fist Weapons with the random modifier attribute on them (except for weapons rather than armor). That would then allow "of the *" modifiers to show up on Fist Weapons more routinely.

Even more ideally, being able to craft Fist Weapons using Blacksmithing ... but that's a different Feature Request™ (as noted above).
