Ideas for New Items

Hello there. As you may know I'm the main item maker for custom content and a standalone loottable update encompassing all levels. I made around 150 items and started to run out of ideas for new items. Tell me your crazy (or tame, anything works) ideas and I'll make them reality. Even cool names work for me.
(Technically challenging, innappropriate and overpowered item ideas will be turned down.)

Mathias Shaw's Rapier
Cloack & Dagger themed could have some unique effects
on hit effect: increase poison damage by 10% for 15 sec

Can't increase poison damage and it doesn't tie in with the name all that well.

Well maybe nature damage then ? Why doesn't it tie with the name ? Mathias Shaw is leader of SI in Stormwind, master of rogues. Ok, maybe you are looking for more specific items.

Quick question I’ve been mulling over. I’ve always wanted to make a sand troll on this server, but I find the amount of desert themed outfits (tribal vests, shorts, crude weapons, anything rustic really) to be fairly sparse.

As far as new items to suggest, would it be possible to expand/create quests that give climate/cultural themed gear? Doesn’t have to be fancy or lore intensive, just a way for everyone to get their hands on RP gear matching the different climates or cultures around Azeroth.

I think stealth boost early on is needed considering how stealth works on this server

Fallen Paladin item set

The idea is whenever u get two ability stat increase, for example 5 str and 5 sta, Fallen Paladin item will get double str and gain penalty to spirit. In this case 10 str 5 sta and -5 spirit.

I think of lev 25-30 range mail
For example:

Fallen Paladin Gauntlets
10 str, 5 sta, -5 spirit, lev 25

Fallen Paladin Boots
12 str, 6 sta, -6 spirit, lev 26

Fallen Paladin Leggings
14 str, 7 sta, -7 spirit, lev 27

Fallen Paladin Armor
16 str, 8 sta, -8 spirit, lev 28

Fallen Paladin Shoulders
14 str, 8 sta -7 spirit, lev 29

Fallen Paladin Helmet
14 str, 7 sta, -7 spirit, lev 30

The weapon would be different (just a suggestion)
Fallen Paladin Greatsword
proper damage, +1 crit, lev 30
special effect: after killing opponent gain 40 spirit for 15 sec (the only way to raise his spirits..lol)

All ability increase I was just guessing, I'm not sure what it should be at given level.

Trick question.
Is it possible to create new Engineering recipes that can be used to craft new items?

That would require new spells, maybe after the first episode is done.

Most negative stats are not equal to +1 stat for every -1 stat but it still could work with some tweaking, I'll think about it.

%1 hit is too good for that level. Zoom probably would be like Eagle Eye or Farsight. Might look into it.
