Worgen could be okayish for the horde, but draenei are a terrible addition to either side.

Pvp has insane burst while being super defensive.
On pve great as a healer, very decent tank if properly built for it (loses steam by aq40) and okayish dps as ret, so those ret mains tend to specialize into weapons with armor reduction chance on hit or nightfall.
