All computer operating systems will default to installing an English text library. They don't enforce their own server rules with the Chinese players because Shenna is selling tigers. The "GMs" are all bootlickers who won't do anything about the issues with China. Don't worry, Cloudflare is pulling out their DDOS protection soon and this server will be dead. Rest in piss.
