I couldn't see such a minor buff to cat form affecting anything, balance-wise.

Also, both stealth classes getting a threat drop would add a little parity to what is a chronically underperforming class.

People prefer to DE their high-end greens for enchanting materials, usually. The items you're describing are the items that disenchant into dream dust, which is used in a lot of high-end enchants.
