just a 25% reduction in honor from AV isnt gonna make the honor gain from AV less than wsg and ab, so only AV will still pop, and 25% increase in rep will incentivize more people who do not care about the pvp to go queue and farm the rep = more av pops, people farming honor are then incentivized to ...
