Unfortunately, and also quite nonsensically, 80% to 90% of event announcements are made on a dedicated RP discord, and sometimes on Twow's main discord, with little or no in-game announcement. There's really no point in reading chat channels like /RP because hardly anyone says anything or announces...

Most RP is guild based these days, really as it always was. If you wish to walk up to someone listed as IC then I would recommend doing so.

There isn't a "one die-both die" thing in twow but of course you can just do that on the honor system

So long as you have both accepted the HC challenge you can group and trade with each other provided +-5 levels of each other. Its even possible to do dungeons provided all are within the same level range.
