Talk bit more about the balance.
We have seemed enough what's the problem with blizz pvp system.
I'm not a well know member in the scripting,but I'm sure,there is a WA the system can keep watch the players gear sets in pvp -and not the gs-.

Turtle team had enough work to finish.
And the coming updates -it will-have be done,they still have things to do.
Me and I believe,other players simply happy if we can have custom world bosses.

The idea not bad.
But the most of statistic idea u talk is mostly like wotlk expansion,there Prot war work like that.
Since it is custom vanilla server u will have to re think it.
Even the threat with shield slam.

Holly strike is Good single target spell,but not deal so much dmg.
If u looking for the reason ,
"does holly strike save paladin in Classic ?" ,the Answer,no.
Holly strike its simply make our leveling gameplay easier,but if u Think,this Will make the class top1 dps,sorry,but no.

It is a Custom vanilla server,so it is mean,no everything need like the origin form.
So ,what if the reputation levels requirements being changed?

Racial is based on the race.
If theese Basic things being changed ,everything requested to be changed.
Orc race with his racial is the best melee in most of the wow expansions.
Some things need to be changed but some others Better be not.
Because of the balance

Have u tested our connection in browser?
I Think simply you have connection problem.
Or if the game dorectly dc u,look for the wdb cache and also check out firewall didnt block something
