People will not want to transfer from an already established Server. There will be a few people here and there that might transfer to the Chinese Server but I am willing to bet that the vast majority will not want to give up on the market and all the additional people. I hope admins gonna transfer chinese characters to new server, without this, majority wont go to the new server.
