Possibly that's the system messages you get when you are removed from LFT group.

Honestly, even as a feral main myself, I'm sort of indifferent to the idea. Sure, from a gameplay perspective, adding windfury would be pretty great. Big damage boost and whatnot. But the enchantment IS called windfury WEAPON for a reason. Doesn't make sense to imbue a cat or bear's claws with wind...

It literally says same thing. "Claw the enemy, causing 115 additional damage.". Same as Twow "buffed" version. At least that's how it is in classic. If in vanilla it did static damage only that would have been insane oversight.
