It's probably not a bug; every time I use it, I appear larger than members of other races. This isn't a normal situation. Ideally, regardless of the race, when consuming Noggenfogger Elixir, everyone should be the same size.

After Tauren consumes the Noggenfogger Elixir, their body size will become larger.
Is there any plan for revision?
