That would be difficult. You know WOW chats are full of slangs and abbreviations with which common translators don't work well.
Maybe you can copy paste to ChatGPT, but I've never tried that myself.

First of all you should install some unicode font to see the characters rather than getting blank messages.

Maybe you can try pfUI and change the fonts manually to unicode ones.

Only thing I worried about is I cant have chinese translated quests and NPC names.It will be a trouble to me since I cant remember those english names.But It might not be a big deal.

imo you can still use a translated client, you just can't send messages with hanzi in chat
