Yeah don't HS and go look for Arena Ambassador.

Also Dim Torches now have no cooldown, you can make them until lvl 30 with 100% chance of skilling up

Seems like Diplomacy NPC is no longer a thing, just leaving this here so nobody else goes looking for it :)

Thanks for this, would appreciate an update if there is a newer version we can use on TurtleWoW, love the server, love the community, best private server i've seen so far. Used to play on Elysium and Nostalrius.
