Eye of Nerub isn't unique, you can get 2 pieces and put the weapon chain on one of them. Much better than gloves since you can swap it in combat too.

Your problems are mostly a skill issue on your part. Your gear is probably bad too which contributes to, but is not the sole cause of your hardships. PvP is indeed broken, but you can't blame poor balance for your every loss.

As a rule of thumb, paladin beats classes that cant effectively kite him. Warriors, Rogues, Enhancement Shamans, Feral Druid all have a tough time when competing paladin in melee combat.

All the classes with high magic damage burst fare better against him.
Think warlock mage and ele shaman ...

I did some testing of the AP debuffs and unfortunately they aren't fixed, only reverted to the state before the Demo Shout disaster happened.

If the target has 250 AP, and you apply CoR + 5/5 Improved Demo Shout, the target should end up having 250+90-204=136 AP, however:

All of the fights that require Tranquilizing Shot also have 0 unavoidable raid damage, so not only you can use tea but also mana potions. The mana cost is fine.

I'm all for doubling the duration of blessings (10/30 min) and adjusting the mana costs accordingly. No boss fight lasts more than 10 minutes so it would be enough.
