This server needs to penalize people who back out of a dungeon group. massive waste of time. For the most part server folks are excellent, be transparent and aware of time if you sign up for dungeon.

I was thinking more like rez sickness for 2-5 hours ingame time. When you are sitting in a dungeon waiting for a new player, I'm not playing the game so neither should the deserter

Kick them then. When people leave you don't have a choice.

The topic says it all. The amount of time wasted by folks that leave dungeons is too high. Something has to be done.
