This is great! Does each new character receive the special gifts or are they limited to 1 per account?

As you have done in the past, can we please get a cleanup of inactive character names? There are several I have tried to use that are listed as level 1 characters on the armory, so either bank alts or inactive/unused. This would be a great time to do it with the upcoming double xp week/new character...
