It would've been nice if Blizzard had added High Elves, Furbolgs, or old Draenei as the 4th Alliance race instead, but its too late to go back now. No point removing an entire race's worth of animations, quests, and player characters just because its boring. I really do hate the inclusion of Gnomes ...

I'd say that rogue would make the most sense out of all options. It doesn't have any weird religious or societal implications, and iirc Mulgore quest rewards include leather and mail but never cloth, which would make leveling a mage or priest there more awkward. Tauren rogue has long been considered...
