Snort the Heckler - spell range issue
NPC named "Snort the Heckler" can cast one of his abilities, Tendon Rip, from a very long range (30ish yards?), even though it should be a melee ability.

Theramore Marine NPC in barrens can cast a ranged disarm. When it attacks my hunter pet and I am standing far, some 25-30 yards, he can still disarm me from that distance.
