I've had my best experiences with a Loot Council, but you need a bunch of very active and very reliable Class Leaders for that to work.

Since I'm not raiding crossfaction I wish you well with whatever system you choose anyway :).

I can enchant Winter's Might (+7 frostdmg on weapon) for Alliance. Mighty Intellect would be better but I don't know if an enchanter is already revered with the TB.

Wasn't there a diplomacy-channel already? Wouldn't it be easier to just use that for crossfaction and leave /world separated? I am already annoyed by all the hordes being able to whisper me... Which reminds me... Would it be possible to turn off whispering to non-diplomats?

The container Un'goro Soil in the Un'goro Crater is bugged. As of now the piles only contain a single soil each when it should be 1-4. Twinstar has this fixed: https://vanilla-twinhead.twinstar.cz/?o ... 6#contains

This bug makes collecting the soil way more tedious than it should be.

I'd like to ask for opinions (or maybe someone remembers). There is a quest in the Wetlands called "The cursed Crew". I DO remember that this quest was tough as a solo warrior. I tried it yesterday with a hunter. There is a total of 4 mobs I can effectively pull single or in a pack of two...

As far as I can tell, respawn-rates are about blizzlike.

Try leveling as an AoE-mage. Respawnrates will seem much to long in that case :D.

My rogue is lvl 38, so far stealth works fine for me. I don't have any points in MoD (MoD gives +3 stealthpoints per point for a total of 15 stealthpoints which equals 3 levels) and I'm getting detected by mobs that are at least green when I'm approaching them from the front. 180° behind them works ...

First of, I like that you think of immersive events, that's one way to define the server. I'm a bit worried though: What are the mechanics behind this event? Are there any means to prevent killtrading and such? I'm also not a huge fan of handing out raidgear, but that's another story.

The Schools of Fish (Oily Blackmouth, Firefin Snapper, Stonescale Eels and Floating Wreckage) that should spawn along the Feralas coast are missing. Added in Patch 1.9 these Schools of Fish appear around coastal areas. Schools in Duswallow, Tanaris and STV are working, those in Feralas don't.

Considering the turtle-nature of the server, a basic "patch-progression" including itemization would be nice. With 1.12 gear, MC is kinda optional and people could venture into BWL with mostly pre-raid gear as a lot of the dungeon blues are actually better than MC gear.

I think one problem is indeed the low XP rate. It's not so much a problem in the first 20 levels but in the 40s it get's tedious. I'd suggest to give players the choice to set their rates to "blizzlike" x1. Perhaps give some special - cosmetic turtle themed - reward to people who level all...

I've tested it, seems like it drains not a fixed amount but a percentage. At rank 3 it's nearly 100% so you can drain an enemy in 1 second. Should be fixed asap, although it's nice that the spell actually has a purpose atm, if a "bit" overpowered :D.

You don't need specific specs for dungeons, you can tank as a fury warrior or heal as a shadow priest. Specs become more important in raids, where you should have a big enough income to change specs on a regular basis if you so desire.
