I did! Even a day after I have no yet gotten any rewards

Hey! I just dinged level 10 on my Hardcore Paladin Artemis. But I didn't get any rewards.
I double checked and I do have the glyph in my keychain so I don't know what I should do. How do I get my level 10 reward?

Please make this a permanent feature. I've spent countless gold on these potions. OR! Make it an option for donating!
