It sounds like the name was freed use to inactivity, the only way for this name to be returned is if the current user with the name has been inactive for a while as well.

The Team looked into this and you can't trade the mount to another player or put it on the auction house. Sounds like someone was trolling in the Hardcore chat most likely.

What I could tell from your screenshots is most likely due to some conflicting addons. Most likely you have some addon that doesn't play nice with pfui.

For those who are having issues with the updater:

1.16.3 patch only here :
Extract the copy over the contents of the 1.16.3 folder in your wow folder.

Don't forget to clear your WDB folder.
